Very badly packed and two of the products leaked out almost completely.

I really like the packaging and all but the fragrance disappointed me I'm so sorry to be giving just one star but I wanted to be honest, it was the fragrance that i was looking for not the packaging. This is just my review on it not discouraging the other buyers. Thank you

You sent two bottles of hand wash While I ordered and paid for four bottles . 2-2 bottles of two variety , pl refund or send balance two hand wash bottles

Here is my honest review for your recent reed diffusers I recently ordered Kimirica's Souq reed diffuser, hoping for a room-filling aroma in my 250 sq ft closed bedroom, but it fell flat—projection was so weak that you had to sit within 1 foot to catch a faint whiff, barely noticeable otherwise. The liquid evaporated shockingly fast, dropping to half the bottle in just a few days despite minimal airflow. Disappointed, I contacted the brand, and they kindly sent their bestseller, Bella Amalfi, as a replacement. Unfortunately, it performed even worse: same pitiful throw (only detectable up close), rapid depletion (half-empty in days), and no real presence in the space. Both products promise luxurious home fragrance but deliver underwhelming results that don't justify the price—especially for a "bestseller." **Eye-opener for Kimirica:** Your fragrance load seems too low (likely under 15-20% oil concentration), causing quick evaporation without meaningful diffusion—common in cost-cutters prioritizing volume over quality. Reeds are probably thin/non-porous, trapping scent instead of dispersing it. Test in real 250+ sq ft rooms, not just labs; optimize with thicker rattan reeds (8-10mm) and dip/flip instructions. Customers like me, notice these shortcuts immediately. Fix the formula for true room-filling power, and you'll dominate—otherwise, better options from Dubai suppliers await.

I've got to say, the products are really amazing! The quality the texture of products, it really do feel luxurious. Especially the jojoba oil, ive ordered it several times, i highly recommend to use products from this brand

During my childhood, i remember, when my parents used get any expensive product/things, they do tilak on those product, its was like celebration, a respect to the people/team who build that. And not just that, the customer also feels absolute, immense grateful looking the crafts, the art of making these fragrances, the art behind packaging. Its so delighting.
