V pathetic Not giving delivery Saying we didn't accept Also delivery boy not picking phones

They do not come to pickup and update wrong status that person is not available and parcel not ready. Very Third class

Can you provide 0 rating review? Worst service ever I experienced. My parcel not delivered till yet.

After I ordered my product via PayTM, i was seeing who the Courier company is and did a search on them to see if they deliver on time. Found very bad reviews on them. However I got my item before time and the delivery person was knowledgeable with the Roads of Indore. Hope this rating will place some trust on these guys!!!

Worst servicing ever. Express couriers neither have good service nor their behavior, Lakhan Singh Prajapati neither called or contacted me nor did anything and was told that I was not available. Everyday OTP used to come to me and it was told that your parcel will be delivered today. But used to not happen and in the evening the message used to come that you were not available.

Pathetic, if you are getting parcel from this courier. I ordered a product on AMAZON and it sent the product through this worst courier services. On 8th may I got called from executive of this courier services around 16:45 Hrs, that sir a product of yours is with me and its already late today, as I do not work after 5 O'clk so I will come tomorrow for delivery. After a while, I received message on mobile that your product could not be delivered today because customer asked for delay delivery, which was not the case. They have mentioned false reason, it was the courier service boy who has not come for delivery. From that day, I regularly called delivery boy and every time he assured that he would deliver product today. Now after 4 days I called him, he informed me that product has returned back and he was giving me absurd reasons. Even I asked him to put any senior executive on call n that person was also giving absurd reasons that we have low staff or we overburdened.

Why my order didn't delivered on my location after i write my full address and pincode but it still say that the address and pincode is unmatched , now i am calling to costumer care number and no one pick the call

I would give 0 star to xpressbees if i could. This has been the worst shipping experience I've ever had. They do not update tracking details. The parcel has been in my city since last 10 days. They sent me a message that parcel was out for delivery and 2 days later, i received a message "customer was not available". I was present at the adress the whole time and no one tried to contact me via call or message. I sent multiple emails regarding the delivery, they replied that they'll deliver but i have received no update. Please avoid using this company at all. I'm still waiting for my parcel. I shall be filing a complaint with consumer court against this agency. Do not use this courier service.

Fraud company! No delivery made and they return parcel inserting fake reasons. Customer cannot do anything because there numbers are wrong, nobody will pick when you will go to there center to pick parcel they will say it's closed, I've a ordered through online store during diwali and they returned my parcels writing that customer denied to give OTP. Fake company. Reputed company losing there business with this fake company shipping services which is not even a service but a punishment/ curse to any online business.

Very bad service almost 8 days and currently are parcel not delivered worst service
