I would rate it 0. This is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. My package arrived 3 days ago at their hub, but they still haven't delivered it. They are not responding to calls either. Disgusting service. I don't understand why a B2B brand would choose this company as their delivery partner. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.
Very poor service Such a bad experience. Courier boy always fake update my reverse pickup that due to wrong address pick up not done. I gave feedback many times but there is no solution provided by them. Worst. First 2 times he mentioned that customer not reachable and address was wrong the 3rd time I got his no. And I call him he told me that he was coming after 2 pm still he didn't came I again called him he told that he will come by 6 pm and again he updated fake comment that due to wrong address pickup was not done.
