Not well managed or regulated like Flipkart or Amazon delivery people. The offices dont have any safety, or way to organize things. Precious parcel may kept moving from one place to another or may get misplaced. Cant be trusted for large volume parcel.

I got parcel delivered just one day late. But it was very good in condition. And delivery boy also behaved very well. For me there service was as expected. It was holidays time so it took one day delay.

Services of Xpressbees have hit the lowest ever. Last four times in a couple of months it has consistently happened that the ITEM is not delivered and FAKE reason given is that customer has requested for late delivery. It's impossible to speak to Customer care as the call is never connected and gets disconnected. Once item was not delivered and it was updated that it has been delivered. PATHETIC service not worth a single *

Very bad service My product reach there 4 days ago on there hub but not dilivered till now worst service ..... They do not deserve one star toooo they should leave there agency .....worst service😡😡😡😡😡 I will complain it to Xpress main branch tooo …

Oh man just don't let me start on the xpressbess services, that's the worst service I've ever witnessed. It's like they started the business and then just plugged in the headphones so that they won't know what's happening out here to their customers. They don't even pickup the parcel and got some excuses like your phone is unreachable or the address is incomplete. And I don't even know why meesho has this xpressbess.

I don't know why do they open office. Their phone is always switched off there is no sense of responsibility. They deliberately delay your delivery and if you try to call on any of Xpressbess number it would not connect or work. It is one of the real tatty company. Sharam karo or kam karna hi nahi to kyu lawja rahe ho band karke office ghumo yaha waha.

Worst courier service I have ever encountered with. Customer care representative were also not cooperative they refused to give no of their local office. On tracking shipment I found the message consignee refused to accept shipment though I didnt got any call from the delivery boy

Fake courier , don't order any item like glass tv cloth food or any accessories,. They are making your product kabad, thay are specialist in making kabad , only u can book this courier for item like screw bolt or any heavy metal like Rod pipe gas cylinder If am able to add star in minus then I will give definitely to xpres They mention slogan delivering happiness It is totally opposite of their work service and quality Here no option to add photo otherwise I will share the photo of my parcel Their helpline number is totally helpless And no one is giving reply in mail

Worst delivery service and delivery boys talk to you like goons they ask us to come on the road to collect our parcel else they will not deliver to you or they will deliver after 2 3 days and update order status as customer wants future delivery. Very unhappy with this company order tracking without consent of customer how can you update order status as delivery boy wants.

Worst service. The shipment was scheduled delivery on 5th or 7th May 2021. On 11th. While tracking it was noticed that the parcel is returned to the supplier. The courier did not bother to contact us. What is this ? How can it happen. Other countries are operating in our address area. Without any problem. Needs immediate response and consideration.
