Don't buy this policy, it's genuine review Since 2021 I am paying premium for my parents policy and at time of my first reimbursement in 2026 they directly deducted ₹ 35000 just giving the reason that Reasonable & Customary in simple terms based on location, surgery cost is high Ab inko kon samjhaye surgery cost hospital ne deside ki mene thodi ki Sir Dr. Vikas Singh from kokilaben hospital inko bolna padega ak video unke YouTube channel pr Dale Niva Bupa ke baare me , at least kisi tk to msg jayega

I was eligible for my claim and submitted all hospital documents, yet they kept asking for the same papers again and again just to delay the process. No one takes responsibility. No proper updates. No transparency. In the end, they rejected my valid claim without any solid reason. This seems to be their standard practice—delay, frustrate, and reject. I have lost all trust in this company and will be taking legal action. Do NOT buy Niva Bupa insurance if you value your peace of mind.
