Very worst service No reply of mails When you want any treatment Niva Bupa says this treatment not covered in policy They never reply on your query I suggest not to buy health policy from Niva Bupa
The worst customer service I've ever experienced :( They only care about selling insurance policies with exaggerated claims, but once you've bought one, they don't know who you are. It's my recent experience: no one even contacted me during the claim process, so I've handled each and everything myself. Additionally, Niva Bupa Claim Manager and its representatives didn't even bother to take your calls. On top of it, they promise a 30-minute claim settlement time, but once you submit the details, their representatives tell you it'll take an hour, although the reality is that it took 3+ hours.
