ICICI Bank Branch - Indore

Nicely located, wondeful place, big and spacious lot for parking... when you go inside i found out airconditionerw working well, seating is ok and they have plenty of machines for deposit and withdrawals in the lobby. Services are ok and not a problem everyone can have their share of experience.

Worst experience, my father went the bank for DEMAT account work and that lady in the branch was so rude and pathetic. I don't know how can bank like this has such people who has behavioral issue and don't know how to talk to there customers Worst experience Pathetic service and staff

Pathetic service , I have applied for credit card they took 2.5 months still no update,everytime the file is transferred from one person to another ,komal ,deepika & arunima all are clueless & don't know how to handle things & are cluless Branch manager should take action After such bad reviews of the branch on google don't know what action they will take against their stupid employees

Bank Staff does not arrive at 9:30 AM. Bank staff is very rude. Often they are involved in mis- selling. Do not opt for ICICI BANK Home Loan as they are very reluctant to close it and at the same time they don't easily clear other bank cheques deposited for Home Loan Part Payment.

Incompetent staff and terrible customer service. Took 3 visits for a simple phone number update and still wasn't done. They were unable to do it and didn't even follow it up! On top of that staff are so unprofessional. Visited Kotak right after to open a new account and the difference was clear as day and night! (Visited 2 different ICICI branches in 2 different cities, experience was the same at both places).

One of the worst branch from ICICI I ever visit, Just carpet size is very big in compare to the professionalism among the employee. Seriously no punctuality about the work, niter they worry about the client satisfaction . Even don't know how to behave with customer. I am followup for my work from last 1 month and even today they don't even care, nobody ready to listen. Done with this unprofessionalism .... Worst bank worst employee

Such a mismanaged place, counter 5 to 10 doesn't have any queue format. Even they have deployed 2 junior staff who roam around asking customers/visitors what service they are here for and then redirect them in any random sequence, irrespective of people waiting in the seating area. The simple solution to this would be a token system, which seems out of budget for one of the central India's largest banking branch. If you want to experience decade old banking culture and system, do visit this branch.

This branch definately lacks trained staff specially on Demat desk. The 2 female staff sitting on demat desk are very rude and arrogant towards everyone. They were not at all willing to help anyone reaching out to them. And carry a very arrogant tone towards everyone irrespective of who they are talking to. They dont even help new staff members with the process which causes more delay and also results in lack of confidence in new staff. Please look into this!!

Worst bank ever seen in my entire life, does not respond to customer queries, incompetent staff does not know how to remove lien from FD and fail under to work in TAT. I have raised request to remove lien from my fixed deposit since 15 days that I paid education loan in full and staff not taking action, no accountability. Managers are also like staff i.e irresponsible. And not giving branch details so that I can follow up directly. Poor service really..very-2 bad. Sent so many mails but no response.
