Very bad experience, delayed work everytime. Loan guys takes money from you on the name of some charges, and still dont work and respond to your call and msg. Even if you complaint to top management they just dont helped. Also, I am complaining to loan insurance dept. policy papers not came yet 4 months already gone but nothing happen. Very bad private sector bank is now going top down.

Worst experience with my current account bank ...I wanted to down grade they did not do it inspite charging 7000 penalty over...it vishal mondal and shivani chabbra are worst ignorant employee from this branch staff

Don't take Term Insurance Offline. They will give you wrong policy which will cost you more and doesn't have much benefit. If you will buy same ICICI Prud policy online you will save thousands. They also misguide among different policy. They will only sale the policies by which they can get more commission.

An absolute disgrace to the reputation of a well-known bank. The staff is not just unprofessional but shockingly incompetent, lacking even the most fundamental knowledge of banking processes. Their attitude towards customers is dismissive at best, making every interaction frustrating. The cheque deposit and clearance process is nothing short of a nightmare—slow, unreliable, and riddled with inefficiencies. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this branch!

Is bank me Call par koi kam nhi karte hai na hi branch ka contact number hai only customer care number hai jis par koi problem solve nhi karte hai har kam k liye branch visit kariye yahi reply rahta hai ..fast tag me mobile number update krne ki application di thi 2 week se jyada ho gya update nhi Kiya aur customer care par call kiya to bolte hai aap branch jayiye fir se aur vaha boliye vo update krege ....
