The service is great and fast. The divisions are divided very well and if you get confused about where to go the guard there are very helpful and they tell you exactly where to go for whatever reason you are visiting.
A Worst bank and its staff , i try hundred time to call and discuss my credit card related query at branch also branch unable to solve and divert to malav parishar his Cr manager not attend call hundred times a shopkeeper better assist customer as compare to ICICI bank
Worst ever service. Zero cooperation. I would personally recommend to not opt any home loan from ICICI. Go for SBI or HDFC.
Bank ki services bahot achi hai, aur waha k employees bahot responsive hai main is bank ka regular customer hu last 8 saal me mujhe bank ki service's me koi problem nahi hua hai, parking area bahot bada hai so parking me koi dikkat nahi hai, Malva parisar ke ATM hamesha working form me hote hai so "out of cash" ya "machine not working" wali koi problem nahi hoti hai.
Dekhiye service ka pata nahi me gaya nahi par achhi hi hogi but mujhe please message kare mail ya chat box ke through mujhe ek cheque ke baare me puchna hai mene branch me call lagaya tha but mujhe abhi tak jawab nahi aaya or aaj 2nd saturday hai to bank band hoga
Visited a few times for demat services and forex. The staff is supportive and was quick to resolve my issues.
Very bad experience,delayed work everytime.i am complaning to loan insurance dept.policy papers not came yet,2 months already gone..failure of Mr.pradeep and Ms Manisha.
It closes early but online shows wrong info about 5pm. Reaching before 5 pm also entry denied. Security yold need to be here before 3pm for loan department work.
Took a Car Loan with Zero Foreclosure Charges. When I went for Foreclosure, they asked to wait for 2 Yrs. else pay 5% foreclosure charges. All email and written correspondence with bank did not give any details of 2 yrs waiting period. The Salesperson at Bank for Car loan did not share any official sealed and signed loan offer and said that the loan is approved and no other document except repayment schedule shall be available. Had to pay Rs. 35000/- extra for not having any official document for foreclosure charges. All MII (most imp documents) which were signed were at bank and had a hidden clause which did not show that there is a waiting period for foreclosure of Loan. Bank Salesperson email reads Zero foreclosure charges on having a specific bank account with bank.
