AU Small Finance Bank

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at AU Small Finance Bank. I visited the branch to collect a cheque from a staff member named Lakhan Rajput. However, despite repeatedly being told “just 5 minutes,” I was made to wait for over an hour with no resolution. This kind of casual disregard for a customer’s time is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I requested to make an entry in the visitor register for record purposes, the security guard refused to allow it. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability, as there is no proper tracking of visitors. When I questioned this behavior, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the security staff began misbehaving, which further escalated the situation. Such conduct is highly inappropriate and reflects very poorly on the bank’s customer service standards. Overall, this experience shows a lack of professionalism, poor coordination among staff, and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective action to improve customer handling and staff conduct.

AU Small Finance Bank के कारण मुझे बेहद मानसिक तनाव, आर्थिक नुकसान और लगातार harassment झेलना पड़ा। Home loan foreclosure और balance transfer जैसी महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रिया को बैंक ने इतनी लापरवाही से handle किया कि कई दिनों तक मुझे branch के चक्कर लगाने पड़े। बार-बार अलग जानकारी दी गई, proper response नहीं मिला, calls और mails का जवाब समय पर नहीं दिया गया। Foreclosure जानबूझकर delay किया गया जिससे उसका validity period खत्म हो गया और मेरा पूरा balance transfer process प्रभावित हुआ। बैंक कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार भी सहयोगपूर्ण नहीं था और customer को unnecessary परेशान किया गया। एक customer समय पर EMI और सभी formalities पूरी करता है, लेकिन बदले में उसे सिर्फ delay, stress और harassment मिलता है। Financial process में इतनी गैर-जिम्मेदारी बिल्कुल unacceptable है। इस पूरे अनुभव ने मुझे मानसिक रूप से बहुत परेशान किया और काफी financial loss भी हुआ। मेरे अनुसार AU Small Finance Bank की loan service और customer handling बेहद खराब है। मैं किसी को भी यहाँ से home loan लेने की सलाह नहीं दूँगा।
