ME NE AAP KE BANK SE HOME LOAN 9.50% PAR LIYA THA.3 SAAL ME 14.50% INTEREST RATE KAR DIYA,JABKI MERA EK LOAN 12.50% PAR CHAL RAHA HAI,JO PEHLE BAAT HUI THI 9.50% PAR LOAN HO JAYEGA,PAR JAB SAARI PROCESSES HO GYA TO BTAYA 12.50% PAR LOAN HUA, YE BEBAKUF BNANA HUAA NAA,AAP KE BRANCH JAAO TO UH ASE BAAT KARTE HAI JESE LOAN LE KAR KOI GUNAH KAR DIYA,BAAT KARNE KI TAMEEZ NAHI HAI.

फ्रिज की अकाउंट हटाते नहीं है स्टॉप बताते नहीं है कब तक होगा फ्रिज अकाउंट फ्रिक अकाउंट क्लियर स्टॉप फोन भी नहींउठाते रोज बैंक का चक्कर काटना पड़ते हैं

The staff very bad lunct time 1:30 se 2 hai but yaha sab inke hisab se kam hota hai mene branch me 1:10 visit kiya but staff lunch ka bolke chale gye very bad service

AU is not bank becoz there is no deciplin no sop's, employees are freelancer no think care about customer senior also same I am putting some name Mr Rahul Gupta, Mr Shubham Raghuvanshi I am connecting from last one month more then 5 mail delivered about my credit card outstanding. One employee Mr Sahil Gour cheated me taken remaining amount for foreclose but till now it's not done I had raised complaint but no Solutions till now from senior to junior staff member. Pls 🙏 think 100 time before take any services from AU small finance bank
