I have submitted my bank closure form on june 1st 2021 via indian post...nd its july 19th nd till now they haven't closed my account...i always talk to its manager each time he says ur account will be closed with in 7 days or rest assured it will be closes bt i am still grtting messages of maintaining balance of 10000...i dnnw what to do...last time i talked to him he said k m gnna send u d closure email right away bt once again he dint...worst service...nd dey unnecessary deducted the amount of 2000 from my account in the name of minimum balance maintanance...is there anyone who can help me.

After 3 months of follow-up I got following details on DM from bank RFES NO - 3421027 It appears that the bank is intentionally dragging the process for a year, possibly to safeguard the payback and commission amounts for their brokers and employees. Disturbingly, during every interaction with the bank, their representatives seem uninformed about the status of my loan application and previous conversions. I possess recorded calls and emails from Standard Chartered Bank, providing evidence of their promises. Do not deal with Amit Jain broker and Shubham for home loan. They are cheating everyone and can go to any extend with fake promises to earn commission amount. Please DM me for full information

I am a priority customer, my RM never pickup the call, the call center is a big non sense, even i am struggling to close the account. HDFC bank is much better than this bank.
