Standard Chartered Indore Branch

I wanted to open a savings account in this bank. Gave my documents a week ago, now the manager doesn't pickup my calls. Account is still not opened. I live more than 60kms away from location, so its not practically possible for me to visit branches just for taking updates. Seems like they don't even care. I don't want to open the account in the bank anymore! Third-class employees and bank services with no sense of responsibility

Pathetic experience. I have visited with my wife to open her account. The staff says send email to me with all the documents and details. After multiple follow ups I did not got any response. I sent multiple emails still she didn't respond.

Standard Chartered bank used to provide good service. However, it is now worse than government banks. I am trying to unfreeze/unblock my account for 2 months and completed the KYC twice, also got a confirmation from branch that the KYC was successfully verified on 3/Jan/2025 but the account is still blocked. Already emailed the branch and called customer care 100 times but every time I get another timeframe. 😞😞😞

Had a very disappointing experience at the Standard Chartered Bank Indore branch. The help desk staff made me fill out the form three times, only to say my request couldn’t be processed. It was clear they had no intention of resolving my issue. Their unprofessional behavior and harsh language made the experience even worse. Expected better service from such a reputed bank, and yet, the issue is still not resolved. SBI is far better than this!

Worst branch, Their employees attitude is not supportive. They are like why customer coming here to disturb our work. I went their for KYC as my account is freeze and I have every document they needed but I have been asked to to bring all original documents. I don't live in Indore so was not able to bring original ones and the KYC was not done. I don't understand why they need original in this digital world, they could be verify me by OTPs.

This site shows only positive reviews. I’m the banks customer much before its entry into India . My account was opened when it was grindlays bank . That was like a royal experience but as soon as standard took over hell broke loose . I have 100’s of complaints which have never been resolved. And I have all proofs . It will be not less than 10 pages of complaints so let’s leave it because u won’t be giving me a solution any ways . So as long as u all are making money let the rest go to hell
