hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate worst worst worst I never seen this kind of Bank First of all I opened my Salary account but I didn't get any Msg for account activation when I call Them for Asking Why You not Opened my Salary account so they Said me that There Is problem with you aadhar bit I have 2 other salary account and Now I get after 17 days A msg for activation and My salary Has Been credit in my Ac but I am not able to Withdraw Becks the card is invalid And Now I have to go branch Worst Bank
Behavior of All the executives are too good, they assist you Personaly untill your your issue get resolved
It was good experience when I visited the branch. Problem resolved over the counter. BM take quick action for the issues.
2month ago I was gave a request which was my loan EMI account change request to indore branch but still me request was not processed and also staff not picked the call and my request is still not processed by branch.worst staff and worst service given by standard chartered indore mp staff.
Staff is very helpful and service is very fast. Overall experience is nice.
Worst experience with the credit card they provide. They have collaborated with finance buddy, which makes wrong commitments to sell the card nd once you apply and receive the card, then they will deny of any benefits they had committed.
Very very bad service not the branch nor their social media handles on twitter or Facebook give proper response to consumer's doubt & issue's...They always have a pre-written(scripted) same answer of every problem...strange & ideotic bank employees😡😡😡 …
