Axis Bank - Indore

The staff's behavior is very poor. I applied to change my mobile number 15 days ago, but I still haven't received a response. And when I call the bank executive, he does not receive the call.

I had very poor experience with this branch. Requested to close my saving account and they committed to process my request with in two working days. However after 4 working days there is no progress and I didn't receive any communication from them in this regard. Finally I had to take a day off to bring my case in their notice and got to know that branch manager is on leave since last 4 days and resumed today itself. So again they committed to close my request today itself for sure and you won't be required to visit again, but they case is just opposite to their commitments as usual no action by EOD....... is it a valid reason if the manager is on leave so request of customers will be on hold till he or she resumes ??? and how long and how many approvals required to process a simple request from customer. Don't you think it is a simple example of ignorance ??

This bank is one of the worst bank in Indore.... I had salary account with this bank at the time closing of account gave them an application to closed my credit card that to 2 times after 3 years still I get messages that my credit card is active and it's showing on my CIBIL report even after complaining again and again they don't take any action. They are pathetic at there work.

This Axis Bank branch is useless; they don't do anything properly, and they always make you wait whenever you go there.Don't open an account with Axis Bank, otherwise you'll face problems. They automatically freeze accounts and debit funds without authorization.This bank is useless.The customer also faces difficulties.
