Great staff,good service, overall best experience

Worst and Pathetic Banking Services. They are only good in your good times. Bank Manager was not at all supportive. Female Staff stated "You are not the only customer which bank has" I was given resolution to close the account in arrogance even though I was willing to maintain the account as it was 8 years old. Staff needs to be trained on customer service should not forget because of customers they have their job.

A truly positive experience that sets them apart from others in the area. Highly recommend

I would not recommend anyone this bank. Extremely poor service provided to customers. No response to customer problems by them. Staff is very reluctant to address customer complaints or queries. They take unnecessary charges and provide insufficient service. Very Slow processing of transactions. It is Poorest private sector Bank.

Probably my worst banking experience. I had to get a dd deposited which was from Axis Bank and to my Axis bank account. I submitted it early in the morning at 10 AM directly to the staff person. Usually this gets cleared in 15-20 mins (even in government banks, which are reputed for their slow service). Nothing happened till 4 hours, so I visited the bank again to get the update. I sat there for 45 mins and whenever I asked, same reply that it will be done in few mins. The staff was rude and said we have other customers to serve. One guy was doing all of the jobs (cheque clearing, account closing, debit card issues). No proper management, no customer service. Pathetic experience
