Had an pathetic experience at YN Road Axis Bank.... Staff doesn't have professionalism either they don't want to work.Even State Bank of India works better than them... I gave them a RTGS which can be done within minutes at 12 PM but I took 3 hours to do RTGS that too after complaining at head branch.... They should be ashamed of themselves calling them selfs one of the best private bank... If I hadn't call the head branch they would have taken 2-3 to this things.

Extremely Poor NRI Service My experience with the NRI section of Axis Bank has been extremely disappointing. I visited the branch to complete my Re-KYC during my limited time in India and was made to wait for hours despite submitting all required documents. It has now been over 2.5 weeks with no response or update. The relationship manager has been completely unresponsive despite multiple emails and messages. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for NRI customers handling time-sensitive matters. I would strongly caution NRIs against relying on Axis Bank for critical services unless there is a serious improvement in responsiveness and customer care.

The staff at this branch is consistently outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met with a smiles.

I am waiting almost 1hour for issue of Digital life certificate DLC as defence pensioner. It is regretted that even after one hour there is very slow, poor or no responce towards senior citizen awaiting for their life certificate. Very disappointed with service of Axis bank Branch.
