Hi, I am experiencing a noise issue with my scooty. This problem started after the recent servicing. Earlier, there was no such noise, but now it occurs whenever I ride the vehicle. Could you please check and resolve the issue at the earliest? Thank you.

Never ever will look at this unprofessional sort of service they provide. They took my jupiter for service on an evening and should have returned next day bu they returned third day, then too they didn't have the job card available with them they lost it, no signs of key at once, no person ready to take responsibility. And very arrogant service technician that was allocated to me. Extremely overpriced parts n oil than peer scooters. My father suffered and (senior citizen) travelled in autos for 2 days because of them. They couldn't give me vehicle in 30 mins also and due their delay I got stucked in rain for more than 1.5 hours. Still there attitude was like "हो गई ना ले लो"

My experience with Satbhaiya TVS has been very bad. I bought my TVS Jupiter in 2024, but within just 2 years my scooter had to be taken for repair through RSA around 5 times. This is completely unacceptable. Today when I went to collect my scooter, they asked me to make the payment and handed over the vehicle without properly fixing the body or checking it. The service quality is very poor. The staff behavior was also not good and they were not cooperative. When I asked for the feedback register, I was told that they don’t have one, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle or get service done from here.
