Extremely poor experience. I booked a service appointment through the online TVS chat system, but when I arrived at Satbhaiya TVS, the staff refused to accept my vehicle for service. The entire experience felt like dealing with a government office rather than a professional service center. I was repeatedly told to meet different people — "Naveen ji se mil lo," "Madam se mil lo" — with no one taking ownership or providing a clear solution. The communication was highly unprofessional and customer handling was disappointing. When I asked the security guard for Mr. Neelkamal's contact number, he refused to provide any assistance and simply said, "Board par likha hoga, waha se le lo." Overall, the staff showed a lack of professionalism, customer focus, and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this TVS dealership/service center to anyone.

Customers are being taken for a ride. Under the guise of "service," they simply lie about actually servicing the vehicles. In my opinion, no one should ever get their vehicle serviced here. If you have bought a new car, you should get it serviced at the showroom itself; if you are paying, the service will be done properly. But if you aren't paying—like for free services—they just do a couple of superficial things. This time, they didn't even wash the car. Customers are being fooled. The manager doesn't listen to complaints; he just passes the buck by citing other people's names. No one wants to listen to anyone else. You are made to wait an hour just for "lunch breaks." A car dropped off in the morning doesn't get ready even by the end of the day.
