Very good service & staff are very supportive.

Took driving classes under sir Rahul Chendke. Sir taught with patience and gave very good instructions. I was able to build immesnse confidence thanks to the guidance provided by the whole team. Very good experience.

Guys don't go there..my conclusion based on 1-They don't have sufficient parts(for e.g if do clutch work they don't put clutch cable saying not available) 2- you can service your vehicle but if a bulb fused they firmly deny to change it over the counter..you have to make job card and wait till evening.. 3-They firmly deny any extra work such as fixing the bonut or any aftermarket accessory fixing. 4- if you had installed any aftermarket installation they will surely ruin and not fixing it saying this is not under company parts.. So,if you installed woofer than expect a breakdown after service. 5- staff is not that much attentive, i don't know why people have gave such reviews..perhaps they did not visited rukmani or patel.. Overall in my opinion all the regular customers should try rukmani or any other this time and see the difference and if there is not any i will delete this review

Totally fraud. Earlier these people make hundreds of call and tell you the scheme and discounts. But all vanish once they get the vehicle. Totally cheat. Making high amount bills. Not even pick the call. Girl naming Laxmi and Nisha. Are totally cheats...

All staff behaviour is excellent and service is also excellent work done I have satisfied with the service

This review is specific to workshop as I've not experienced the sales team. The staff at this workshop is very co-operative. I have another Maruti workshop close to my residence but I prefer this workshop due to their customer friendly approach. The staff responds positively to your specific requests and most importantly they do not drown you with unacceptable bill amounts like most other service centers do. Hope they continue with their customer-centric approach.

Ocean morter service quality has reduced over the time. They overlooked basic things battery connections, headlight functioning, air pressure, after the service. They charged me for air perfume, cloth, etc but those were missing, only after two additional visits I was able to get all the things. If possible avoid.

Good service. Pickup and drop facility available which is nice. Staff is good but less confident, seems like they are forced to work here. And you have to do pinching yourself to get your work done if its not inclusive in your package (Normal Servicing). I had the worst experience on my first visit, but improved in later visits. (Don't believe if they give you reason like "item is not available in stock", or Less workforce available to do that job)

I recently got my car serviced but after getting the service done it started making noise and I again visited the workshop but these people could not understand where the problem was. My experience was very bad with the workshop. I don't recommend. Also I can see lack of experienced mechanics. They only try to convince with the words not with their work.
