the service experience is excellent, but I suffered from some issues, like during waiting period Thier is sudden cutoff electricity there is no back for the same and for that I had to wait for washing my car, vacuuming, lift was also not working for the same...

Worst and worst..... And worst service, they show something and do something else... Like charged for the same services twice in different invoice. Added additional charges for body shop and servicing in different invoice, inspite of saying no for additional items they still added in the bill....

I had got service of wagonR HR 26 BY 1194. After service there are too many problems coming in car. I had claim the insurance as well some of the part they left untreated like left side mirror, fog lamp etc. Hope should be 0 rating option. After asking for the fog lamp repair said made mistake if won't work, replace without cost but no one cares now. I have written statement for the same. There should be Zero rating for such kind of service center

Very pathetic service, not cleaning after wash car.. Insurance claiming so far.. Suggestion make choice another maruti dealer but ocean motors.. 👎👎 …

Worst service experience. They took 1 hr to get my car. Also wasted 1 hr at the time of delivery. No one noticed you when you reached center. Their service executive don't picks the call. I will not recommend this service centre to anyone. Customer waiting lounge is very small and below average.
