I bought a sofa cum bed from Peperfry recently it is very comfortable and good quality .the staff is very good also the delivery was done between the time frame so very good experience overall.

Worst worst platform to purchase, cheap quality bed and cheap quality mattress they sent. Also did not replaced mattress. My mattress is not inflated it damaged but they said we can not help now. Pepperfry Bhopal is worst specially.

We have been visiting the pepperfry studio in Indore since quite some years. Whenever i want to order some furniture, i take their help and their suggestions and they help us process the orders. The salesperson are efficient and cooperative.

Worst quality product and worst service. I bought a bed around 6 months ago and it came with 1 year warranty. it's plywood broke down during the normal use and when I raised the complaint, they came back to me with this list of items that are not covered under warranty: 1. Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. 2. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. Products that have been damaged due to physical contact or physical force are not covered under warranty. As per our policy, return request is not applicable on this order. Hence, we are going ahead and closing this concern. We regret the inconvenience caused. Now please someone told me what else is left that can be covered as the warranty for a normal wooden bed? The plywood broke down during the normal use. There is not even a single scratch on the bed that can prove that no force was applied. The worst thing is that they have not even called me a single time to inform me about this. I am highly disappointed with the quality of product and would suggest them to investigate more on my product. I would also suggest other's to not buy from pepperfry.

They guided us patiently through all the options for our home furniture and gave honest advice on which options would look better as per our requirement and would give follow up calls if and when required. Five stars for the fantastic team that handled my delivery and assembly! The delivery personnel were very polite, professional, and efficient. They arrived exactly on time and were extremely careful while moving the sofa upstairs. My consultant, Samiksha and Tanisha was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They didn't just sell me a sofa they acted as a design guide, helping me choose the perfect fabric and configuration for my living room.
