"Had a great experience visiting the Pepperfry store in Vijay Nagar! The store collection is amazing, and the staff is very polite and helpful. They guided me really well in choosing the right furniture. Highly recommended!"

I ordered a bean bag in size XXXL, but I received a message confirming the size as XXL. I immediately contacted customer support and also sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Customer support has not been helpful, and I am also unable to cancel my order. Since there is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option available, I have already made the payment online using my card. Please look into this matter urgently and confirm whether my order will be delivered in the correct XXXL size or help me cancel the order and process a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the service. This has been a very poor customer experience due to the lack of response, unhelpful customer support, and the inability to cancel my order. This is the worst service I have experienced.

The store has a great collection of furniture and home décor options. The quality of the products is really impressive. The staff is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They patiently helped me explore different options. The showroom is clean, spacious, and well organized. There are many stylish designs to choose from. The products look premium and feel durable. The overall shopping experience was smooth and pleasant. The pricing and available offers are also worth considering. Definitely a good place to visit for quality home furniture.

I recently purchased furniture from here and had a wonderful experience. The quality, design, and finish of the furniture are outstanding. The staff was courteous and guided me in choosing the right products. Delivery and installation were smooth and timely. Very satisfied with my purchase.
