Very courteous staff and visit to the store was very good. We were attended by Mr. Himanshu who guided us very patiently through all the options for Wardrobe, Office tables & Chairs and also gave honest advice on which options would be the best as per our requirements. On our previous visit to the store, we were attended by Miss Akanksha and she also was very courteous & patient while helping us figure out the options for our requirements. Overall, really satisfied with their service, keep up the good work folks. Thanks for your help today. P.S. - The store which was previously in front of C21 mall, Indore has now shifted to behind Malhar Mega Mall so make sure you have the right address before visiting.

If you wanna experience a nightmare go order stuff from pepperfry. They just test your patience as soon as you order stuff from here. I have been delivered a wrong product and it’s been almost 4 weeks now they are less bothered to pick it up and refund my money. Also you can never reach out to them directly as one need to wait for a return call. Never order from the studio or online. It’s a biggest scam ever. Wish could give 0 stars.

Had an amazing experience picking out furniture for our new apartment at this store. The staff was very well experienced and helped us explore all options within our budget. Their inputs were very well thought out and they have a brilliant taste in interiors themselves. Would highly suggest visiting this store before purchasing any products online.

Very helpful staff good hospitality and excellent customer support

I visited the store and ordered a bed around Diwali and was assured delivery within 15 days when booked from the store instead of the app. It's been a month and there are no updates. I keep calling them and they don't answer the phone or if at all they do answer then the response is that they will call back with a status update the next morning which never happens. I've ordered couple of things from Pepperfry earlier through the app and have never had such a harrowing experience. I'd have rather ordered from a local furniture store than Pepperfry, extremely extremely disappointing!

Do not visit it is an waste of time!!! Buy from site or app instead. Worst studio, Employees tell you to order from studio so that you get: 1. better or discounted price than online 2. Support you need not required to visit online. When you agrees they ask non-registered e-mail or phone number. The reality: 1. You u get the same price and discount as mentioned in website or application there is no difference. 2. they fool you so that you resigter with them. 3. For any issues you only need to co-ordinate via website or app, as all the policy and issues taken care through website and application.

Pathetic customer service. Had visited the store to have a look at their stuff, since we had liked something from their catalogue online. Was asked by the staff(Mr Himanshu) to place an order online and he guaranteed that he would personally follow up to ensure that it is delivered sooner than the promised 30 days. We placed an order and Mr Himanshu asked us for our order details(probably to get his credit for the order). After that, we asked him multiple times for an update on the delivery and each time he told us he will update the next day, and the update never came. The delivery date came and went, and the product never arrived. We later found that it had been cancelled by the company due to non-availability. After waiting for 30 days, you tell a customer that the product is unavailable! The same information could have been relayed to us sooner and we could have saved all this time. Meanwhile, the store guy was as clueless as ever. They only care about getting the order and nothing post that.

Indore Store experience was excellent. They are very helpful and very efficient. Will surely recommend to everyone. Most of my furniture at home is through Pepperfry and purchased through Store near C21 Mall Indore.
