I am editing this review after usage of my bean bag, which looses stitches in 6 months and when I requested them to claim warranty they told me that we don't cover warranty of teared products. So the thing is I can't understand that if they are not covering tear warranty as well as not the beans warranty, so what type of warranty they cover . As well as you can't even return the product if you don't like it first time.

Never buy any product from Pepperfry worst customer experience, I bought marble coffee table. Even single drop of coffee leaving stains on table. They denied service without seeing products. They don’t care about customer and selling third grade product with the name of in-house product.

Very pathetic experience with pepperfry as well as frenchisee store in Indore. One order placed one month back , defective material delivered and since then chasing with local store but the local store is not taking responsibility when asked the contact details of store owner ,staff clearly denied that they are not authorised and no support is being provided by local store very pathetic experience with papperfry. One should avoid online procurement through pepperfry. Review 2 Based on this ,store owner approached me and he was very polite, humble and supportive . he immediately actioned on request and replaced the item with apologies. Bad experience at Pepperfry Studio in buying Canvas 2 and 3 Seater Sofa. First this item was not available at the studio so the sales person showed a sample fabric and foam and booked the sofa online. But item had a fabric which is of worst quality and too different from what the store person showed. Then after putting a return request the customer care executive refused to take the return. Further more we agreed to have an exchange of the item but they said that it is not in the policy. They can send a different specification product but when it comes to customer services they refuse to accept it. Truly bad experience. I would not recommend Pepperfy to anyone as the customer satisfaction is not up to the mark and also the product is not as described by the shop.

Really appreciable support we got from Anil and team, Pepperfry Indore. It's a heartwarming service we received during our first order from Pepperfry. I shall describe my experience here. We ordered a 6-seater dining set from Pepperfry Ujjain and received a damaged chair. We try to coordinate with the Ujjain team for a many days but we didn't got any positive response from them and as well as from customer service. Then we approached Anil (Pepperfry Indore) and received a great service from him. His team suggested us a better product and replaced the damaged one near to the old price. He and his team really followed up till the delivery and assembly of the product. I trusted Anil and he provided whole hearted service to us.
