Pepperfry Home Furniture, Mattress & Home Decor Shop in Vijay Nagar

Installation facility is very good the service provider prateek and Pavan is good at their work and the service professional at showroom is also very polite and helpful.

🤬😡Pathetic quality of furniture.. very poor. First the wardrobe was found broken.. took more than a month for replacement.still not delivered. Now dining table is getting cracked from everywhere.. on purchase on 1 lakh rupees they offered cashback of 5k . But no one is replying for email. Very disappointing .. very poor follow ups.. super bad service provider ..and employes also force you to give 10/10 rating.. they deserve 0/10. Specially " Studio pepperfry Indore".

I bought Wellesley Sheesham Wood Rocking Chair in Rustic Teak Finish from Indore's studio Pepperfry. The motion of the chair wasn't smooth and chair gave too much resistance when tilting back.I got it replaced but the quality of the replaced chair was lower than the first one.I don't know about their other products but I won't recommend Rocking Chair from pepperfry to anyone.

It was a very good experience with the pepperfry team.. solved my queries about my lounger sofa within time and very smoothly

Hi, I visited Pepperfry furniture studio, Indore. The customer handling and product briefing was very good. The product is delivered well before estimated time and overall experience was good & professional.

Customer friendly and helping staff The owner is also very supportive & hv solution for every problem Truly professionals Highly recommended

Nice support from.staff. all booking and payement done from pepperfry site from shops credentials. So u can get inhouse offers. Staff explained all features and pics of product nicely.

Over all experice pre sale was 5 star. Issues started after we booked our order. The king bed came and it too over 9 days for the assembly which pepper fry claims will be done in 48 hrs. Then the main issue. We ordered for a comforto 6 inch matress which we have the bill also but the matress send is a 10 inch wake-up matress. Plus its just 4 inch smaller in size. Raised the issue with the comferto matress only to get informed after 10 days that its not there matress as they dont make the size we received. In all this no idea where our matress is.

This is a kind of experience center where you can check quality of Pepperfry furniture. Staff was very Cooperative and provided us all necessary information. Furniture would not be very expensive but is definitely worth of its quality.

We had gone to this Pepperfry Studio almost by accident. But boy were we glad we went, instead of just window shopping, we ended up buying two recliners, one bar, a study table and four bar stools. It wasn't just the quality of furniture and the deals, Himanshu was a god send as he guided us through this amazing journey. He was prompt and extremely helpful going the extra mile to meet our requirements. For me it's always the customer service which is a deal maker or breaker with me, and here It was definitely a deal maker. A big shout out to Himanshu and Pepperfry.
