Making fool of people, called the contact number and asked is it Delhivery contact number the person says yes and told it’s for pickup when i asked give me a number for delivery please he clearly denied that it’s not even Delhivery contact number. Worst customer experience.

To make matters worse, I attempted to reach Delhivery’s customer service are futile — one is greeted only by automated AI responses with no access to an actual human representative. Genuine grievances are left unheard, and customers are left without redressal or refund for money wrongly charged in such fraudulent transactions. This is not an isolated lapse but a pattern that reflects a systemic failure and disregard for consumer rights. The public is urged to exercise extreme caution while accepting parcels from Delhivery, especially those requiring payment, and to verify sender details before making any payment or acknowledgment. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and human assistance — not an opaque system that hides behind algorithms while allowing fraudulent deliveries to persist unchecked.

Delivery boy denied to deliver at Doorstep.... Refused to deliver at 4th floor... Absolutely disgusting

Called this number regarding a query. If he's not connected to the hub, why is this number listed on Google. Need the Delivery hub number for Indore City . Anyone ?

Very fraud persons my order shows delivered and I did not received any order and I call him they toll me we remove office from registered address

Never recommend delhivery limited Issue:-On site delivery agent cancelled order without contact me and after talking he said his manager vijay pawar told him to cancel and after i get in contact with manager vijay pawar he got angry ,raised his voice and started shouting at me after i said is this a joke to you after that i told him I want to talk to his manager he said i am not allowed to contact his manager and after i asked what is the process of raising a complain he said you there is no process and cut th call my order pickup was 03/03/2026 and now is 06/03/2007 and there no pickup and they cancelled pickup without contacting customer staff behaviour was not good

Delivery was scheduled one day advance but executive did not approach and updated as not reachable.
