Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

Earlier the services they offered was the best without a doubt. Since covid few of the changes were done which degraded the quality of service. No snacks or water bottles provided. Driver's are experienced, less travel time and seat comfort is average.

Worst experience.. I had a booking from Mandsaur to Indore today and then had to catch another bus from Indore to Pune and in the middle of the route near jaora, the bus got stuck due to some damage at a place for 1-1:30 hour. it literally wasted time and money as I had to reach pune by the next bus connected from indore which I failed to reach because of this bus.. there was no other facility for the people and they also denied to return our money.. if anybody could see this do return my money atleast.. @chartedbus

हाई वे ट्रीट डोडी ,पर अच्छा ट्रीट मिलता है।दो घण्टे लगातार यात्रा करने के बाद यहां रुक कर रिलेक्स होना अच्छा लगता है।
