Old & unmaintained, unhygienic buses. Rude staff. Most of the time buses get in breakdown during journey. Pathetic services. No body is listening complaints seriously. I switched to NEUGO.

Good experience during traveling to bhopal from Indore. Bus is very clean and comfortable. Also during Holt they choose very clean and hygiene hotel for refreshment.

Very irresponsible behaviour. It always runs late. Multiple experiences. They run more than half an hour late. Don’t tak it if you have to catch up another a train or bus. NueGo buses are better. They at least run on time. I saw it crossing by on schedule while my chartered bus didn’t even arrive at the pick up point.

I am extremely disappointed with the service on my Indore to Pune trip. The air conditioning system is not functioning properly, which has made the journey unbearable. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the bus conductor he replied with a dismissive "Please complain, I cannot do anything." This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' comfort. As a result of this experience, I would not recommend this bus operator to anyone and would advise potential customers to choose a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider.

Recently travelled by charted volvo from bhopal to indore and visa-versa. Value for money affordable and on time departure arrival, you must opt.

Online booking was easy and allowed choice of date, time and seat which was great. The waiting area is big enough. Frequent buses are available for almost all major routes. Both male and female washrooms are available. Canteen facility is also available in AICTL campus. If you are not traveling, you can also book luggage only. There are many repair problems in the buses of many routes. Buses are not repaired regularly, buses break down anywhere. There is a special need to pay attention to this.

Great Location (near Railway station). Great Service and Waiting area. Though the waiting area is open and can be hot at peak afternoon, yet you won't feel much as you would probably be seated for almost 1 hrs.

Bus are good but timings are very odd in summers when there should be an AC bus in between Dhar and Indore in noon they are running a non ac bus and that's very bad and uncomfortable for summer when you have AC buses use them and the timings are very off there's no bus in evening and most of the time bus gets puncture and stops working delaying of buses are there plus please start ac buses for noon travellers

There is no other better option available in M.P other than this for small towns connect
