Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

I was booked the bus of 8 PM from Bhopal. It was cancelled without intimation to the passenger. I will reach to the ISBT at 7.00 PM in hurryup to get PICKUP van. but come to know it is cancelled and next bus will be at 8.30 PM, waiting but next bust came at 9.00 PM again it was failed at DEWAS and reached to Indore at 1.45 AM. My total hours spent 6.45. It is totally Horrible so I suggest dont go with Chartered.

The bus condition is too poor and not good. There is no time management for pickup and drop I used 3-4 time indore udaipur or vice-versa service bus was stucked in between always there was always issues in bus and also they delivered seating bus on the place of sleeper. Drivers are very bad and behaviour of some staff is very bad they don’t have manners while talking to female persona I’m totally disappointed with charted services

Punctual, neat and tidy seating, well behaved staff. The only problem is their pickup/drop from or to Bhopal railway station. They allot one tempo traveller among 2-3 chartered buses with minimum to no space to keep your luggage and made to just stand inside the bus with your luggage. Needs a huge improvement in pickup/drop mini bus service.

Pathetic bus service. Bedsheet and blankets were so dirty, broken AC vent and no cleanliness within the bus. 1.5 hour late without any intimation through message or call. Won't recommend chartered for any commute from Indore.

I wanted to cancel my chartered bus reservation ticket. I have approached responsible person have not attended. Hence found no refund .

It is very sad to see that Chartered bus is now not able to provide Good services. The buses have become so poor, time management has gone worse, broken buses, no customer service. I have travelled a lot with Chartered bus but now it is no longer a good service provider. Pathetic service, Poor Buses, Poor customer service, Overall worst experience. Khatara buses hai, maintenance karwa lo ab toh ... Ratlam ki bus har doosre din kharab ho jaati hai.

Best bus service from Indore to Bhopal. Every 15 minutes it's available. Comfortable seat with movie to watch. Pleasant environment. One should not miss this experience if travelling to Bhopal or Indore. ❤️

Worst to Worst Service. Don't not at all opt for Charted Bus Service. Our arrival time was 7 am for Mumbai, but we reached 3 pm. 8hrs late delayed much more than Indian Railways. On top of that, the service provider not agreeing to refund our money or make any other arrangements when the bus was halted for 5hrs. Very Ridiculous Service. Few people need to take their day off from the office, and a few students couldn't be able to appear for their exam. Highly unsatisfactory service from Charted. Not expected at all. I'll highly encourage everyone not to go through this bus operator either opt for some other because it is expensive + no punctuality + bad behaviour from Driver & Conductor + No essential things provided during the journey like Water bottle, blanket etc

It has been quit some time I have observed that the services in charted has deteriorated. The buses are not maintained properly even the communication is very difficult with the management. Responsible people are never available to help. Charted bus doesn't have value for money services anymore. Bus service needs serious upgradation.
