Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

Chartered bus services has degraded quality of buses and service. Seat quality was poor, even tough I was traveling by Chartered First which is considered better then its normal variant.

Worst.... Indore se Bhopal Travel kiya tha 21 July ko raste mein bus kharab ho gyi Kya hi kahu 3.5 hour ka route 6 hour mein pura hua.....aap log mahan h

I am frequent traveler, the only reason i travel by chartered bus to and fro indore-ratlam, is seat confirmation and air conditioning. Other than that the service provider has nothing good. No punctuality, no cleanliness, no well behaved staff, even the air conditioning is not proper. Today on 23/08/2024, i am travelling from indore to ratlam, the bus supposed to arrive at (03:20pm)Rajendra nagar stop, instead it arrived at 03:45 pm. The service was good only at the initial operation. I don't know if it's worth writing this review because the corporation will never work on it. It's better to book a train ticket.

I'm Traveling From Ahmedabad to Indore yesterday and I reached Indore Today morning and I am booking Dropping Point is Geeta Bhawan But Bus not going to Geeta Bhawan Bus going Palda and his staff to him our pickup Bus dropping Geeta Bhawan. But this service is not good and the passenger timing is Totally Waste. I am not Booking next time chartered and we do not suggest any person travelling to chartered.

Faulty charging point inside coach tv was not functional. AC vent was broken .... Delayed in reaching Bhopal ....

Condition of buses-(Old Buses)-Bad, AC :ineffective, suffocating and heated environment inside buses, TV :screen out of order volume control doesn't work. Customer care: helpless; simply pass on your complaint to Complaint no which doesn't pickup or call back even...on writing email: they selectively respond.only good thing is frequency of buses. Drinking water:Not provided Conclusion : Not Recommended Better available Options:NewGo: Choose NewGo rather than Chartered bus.

Worst services I have ever experienced. On the way from Indore to Bhopal I have to change bus 3 times because buses were not functioning properly. They are not maintaining buses properly. AC duct are also broken.On asking about reason for bus delay,they are saying "ap se jo bane wo kar lo".My exam was scheduled at 3 pm, but I reached at 3.40 pm, now who is responsible.

Worst, pathetic, service . Literally I am never travelling in this bus again. Customer care person is abusing. My bus got late for 3 hours then they told us to sit in the pickup they will send us to isbt but because they are well organised they sent us to bhopal main station.
