Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

I have booked my Ticket from Indore to Bhopal PNR no 2ARVXTA5 As my scheduled at mid night 12.30 from AICTSL indore I have reached there at 12 till date i haven't received any bus no on my mail id or registered number I have asked to ticket counter person he said my bus no is ----- i have asked whether the helper announced about the boarding or not he said in rude way why he will called you there are buses stand there u can search any where There are multiple buses on station And when i said I didn't get any communication on mail or watsup, he said may be server issue I have searched bus my own What rude behaviour was a person at ticket counter Chartered is now becoming a worst bus I think competitive bus nuego is providing good service,good staff behaviour, and comfortable seat are more convenient

One of the worst experienced, I paid money for sleeper but I had to travel in sitting seat because the bus was broke in the middle and I had to arrange alternate option. My Pnr - 27182119

So bad experience in AiCTSL from indore to khargone at 2:45 pm time departure. In Bus AC not working as total local third class bus service. I want say everyone don't use this bus MP09FA9082. And also complaint to customer service number they feel. Exident bus

The best you can do is travel on FOOT There local services are hell indore-ashta buses are next to scrap buses breakdown are so frequent that travelling via them requires 100’s of thoughts before . No proper backup plan for passengers. Which result’s in waiting for hours CHARTERED IS A BIG NO FROM NOW ON

Very bad experience they cancelled the bus and boarded me in another that started after 2 hours of schedule time. On enquiry i came to know this is there routine work.

Curtains are not working. In my last travel bus broke down at depot. The chartered is going worse day by day.

BUS supporting staff is not supportive : For any issue on your SEAT (Like incliner not working etc) supporting staff denied to support and tell u "Ye to pahle se hi tha hame nhi maloom adjust karo"

I travelled from Indore to Dhar and the bus was too dusty which seems like was not cleaned around from a month. I was going for business meet and after sitting on the seats of that dusty bus my clothes when too dirty. I would suggest that if the company was not able to clean and give the service properly to the consumer they can shut down the service. It was not only the first time happened with me it was happening every time some problem was there in the bus either the AC vent was not working , charging ports were not working, etc. I would ask the bus conductor so he told me that it was not our fault it was the company's fault. I would ask him to change my seat so he told me that the whole bus was full so I can't do anything. Bus no. - MP09FA9073

My experience was not good.While travel fromBhopal to Indore,the tyre punctured,and there was no stapney in bus.We almost waited for 1 hour.The stapney was received through 1 hour next chartered bus.The AC was also not working properly.Chartered should maintain buses as they are charging enough fare

Now Chartered Bus Service is going to become old days memories for indore- Bhopal route...
