Worst service. Bus breaks down too often and their service is pathetic. You have to wait 1-2 hours depending on your location until another bus comes. If you raise a complaint they will argue and shut you up saying why do you choose chartered bus? I have seen people miss flights and trains due to this bad service. No one cares, "saab chalta hai"!! No compensation is given for your loss of time or discomfort. You are on your own. You need good luck and a lot patience if you choose chartered bus.

When changing buses at Pipaliyana Stop to reach Radission Stop, I encountered a disappointing experience with the chartered bus services. Despite providing a van for passengers, the driver, Lalit, refused to allow us to sit and even displayed rude behavior by using abusive language. This lack of professionalism and disregard for passengers' comfort was highly unacceptable. It is concerning that the Chartered team did not take any action against such misconduct. It has left me with a negative impression, and I have decided not to travel by chartered bus in the future. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect from transportation services, and this incident has failed to meet those expectations. It is crucial for companies to address such issues and take appropriate measures to ensure a pleasant experience for their customers. Not recommended

They are not at all punctual, staff is rude. If bus was empty doesn't matter what was your preference they will never give it to you and show online that all seats are sold out.

Experience traveling through Chartered Bus service is average. We have traveled Ahd Indore Ahd journey. Fare is reasonable but the Buses were too old. Making too much noise and Front wind shield glass was also broken, which is very risky for the passengers.

Worst services. I took a bus from Indore to ratlam. A.C vent was on my head and it was broken. It has no option to close it. I told the staff to close the vent, he didn’t. He increase temperature to make it moderate. But later A.C was off and only fan was working. Dirt more than local bus. Chartered is no more a good service. Armrest is also broken. Charging points also not working. Pathetic.

I missed 7.15pm bus. Also there was no wake up call. Which I think is sign of bad service. I took a chartered of 7.45 pm same day. It was a very very bad journey. There was no AC. The seats were so uncomfortable. There were no amenities. All in all I will not set my foot again in a Chartered bus. There are many more reliable and luxurious options available in the same price or less.

Bus tk nhi rokii hmare kehne prrr... Conductor or driver dono hii bhtt careless h dono ko job se nikaloo😡😡 …

Worst…. I think it just a little word to descibe about bus experience which i had suffer last night…they only want money but not the comfortability of passengers…i mean is this the right way to run the bus seriously! 1. AC not working properly or may i say not working at all. 2. If any passenger face any kind of issue while travelling they don’t have a solution. 3. Bus getting always late. We reach at time and waited for bus minimum 1/2 hour or sometimes more thn that. 4. If the seats seems full then why they allow to other passenger to travel on bus. 5. Please focus on the repairing side also don’t focus only on money. I’m requesting you please please keep in mind this queries which i faced while travelling and there are so many passengers who faced this type of issues…this is your duty to give comfort to passengers and not give this type of worst experience🙏🏻

I recently had the misfortune of choosing Charted Bus Service for my travel needs, and it turned out to be an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment I stepped onto the bus, it was evident that I had made a grave mistake by trusting this company. The condition of the bus was appalling, and it was clear that maintenance was not a priority for them. First and foremost, the bus was in a deplorable state. The seats were dirty and unkempt, showing no signs of cleaning or basic hygiene. It was as if the bus hadn't been properly cleaned in ages, and the stale odor only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The sheer negligence of the staff in maintaining a clean seating area left me thoroughly disappointed. To make matters worse, rainwater was seeping through all the windows, drenching the passengers and their belongings. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience to have water dripping on me throughout the journey. The fact that the bus was not adequately protected against rain was a clear reflection of the company's lack of consideration for their customers' comfort. Adding insult to injury, the exorbitant fare of 260 rupees made this whole experience even more infuriating. I cannot fathom how Charted Bus Service has the audacity to charge such a hefty amount for a subpar service. It was a complete waste of money, and I deeply regret ever choosing this company for my travel needs. It is evident that Charted Bus Service has no regard for customer satisfaction or the overall quality of their service. The bus condition was abysmal, with dirty seats and rainwater pouring in from every window. The exorbitant fare only added to the sense of disappointment and betrayal. I urge potential customers to steer clear of Charted Bus Service if they value their time, comfort, and money. There are countless other reliable and customer-oriented bus services available that offer far better experiences. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

Disappointed with service… They only believe in money not in customer satisfaction or comfort…. There bus is not well maintenance even AC is not working properly and if there bus is broke down in middle of journey they even not send a spare bus instead of this they just repair it and do not care about the passengers precious time…. The passengers also suffer for air in their AC bus just because there AC is not working (MY EXPERIENCE IN BHOPAL TO MANDSAUR BUS).. Their customer executive is also not so good they do not listen ur problem carefully and always tell u to talk there senior and their senior never pick up the call….. Worst bus service ever instead of this prefer local bus which is far better than there services…
