Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

Chartered Bus services are superb. The campus cleanliness of chartered Bus is satisfactory in indore but much more attention needed about this. Staff is cooperative. Now a days arriving an departure time is not maintaining in this field time factor is most important. Few days ago I received a whatsApp message from Charterd bus about introducing volvo bus on Indore to Ashok nagar route with mobile charging points, with more comfortable seats. I feel wonder when I reached AICTL campus on 2.50 P. M. Bus was on stand and cleaning work was going on for travel whenever previously we have to wait for bus . Any how if you mantaion the most important factor "Time" You will win this front of Business as well travellers hearts. Lots of congratulations new era facelities

The bus was totally junki and noisy. Seat was very uncomfortable.Never ever select seat no 1. It doesn't have enough space for single person. Blankets were torn and very old Seat covers were also torn. I was unable to sleep entire night due to bus sound Even after my request for ac temperature change staff didn't responded.

I travelled from ashoknagar to indore recently. The bus is first of all not properly cleaned. The bus was late by an hour due to a technical problem with the clutch and they were about to cancel.. but the driver did something after the quarrel with the passenger and then we started again which got. Broke again multiple times during the journey.. compromising on the safety and hygiene after paying so much. Also the co passenger said that breakdown happens every other day.

Recently i book this bus for indor to udaipur my experience is very bad bus driver and staff isn’t supportive and very bad behaviour i can not recommend to any other person to grab this experience

I have traveled with Chartered Bus Service multiple times, and I must say that their service quality has significantly deteriorated. While they do provide good service on the Bhopal-Indore route, the same cannot be said for other routes like Indore-Ratlam and Indore-Neemuch. Despite charging high prices for Volvo buses on these routes, the buses they provide are old and seem to be discarded from the Bhopal-Indore route. The buses are poorly maintained, and the overall experience is far from what you would expect for the price paid. It's disappointing to see such a decline in their service standards, and I hope they address these issues soon.

The service of chartered bus was very poor and the behaviour of the conductor was worst and the bus number is MP09DT3654. I have asked a help from him for the non working or hand rest of but he just denied by saying the it's not working so for what I have paid for. Even the bus is also getting very late I have missed my train due to the bus delay. So never book the chartered in your life. Rather you can go with neugo or any other bus services.

I love to travel with charted and it's comfortable ride

Frequent traveller here. This was my worst experience so far. They allotted my seat next to a male. When complained about the same to conductor he was rude and told me to get the next bus. When they found out it’s fault from their side they placed me in other seat which was claimed by other women after next stop. They again placed me in other seat which has a broken AC above. Never travelling with chartered.

Worst bus service ever. We book seats in advance to make sure we are not missing the bus which is appropriate to our working schedules. They on the other hand NEVER deliver what they promise. Each and every time the bus is late by 30-60 minutes. People thinking they will manage their offices by boarding early morning bus especially chartered buses please make sure you are boarding bus a day earlier because these people can literally ruin your day. Never going to recommend chartered now. Go for NUEGO without any doubt.
