Services are good, need to go bhopal you will have a Volvo in every 15 mins around the clock. They cover almost all Madhya Pradesh's citties and some other state's popular Cities also. Chartered dosen't charges for convinance fee on their mobile application.

They always love to be on time and make sure you are not even five minutes late to catch it. Clean and tidy coaches. Earlier they used to provide water bottles and snack packets but now they don't serve it, but considering its rate, I think its ok

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided on my recent trip from Indore to Ratlam. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was far from satisfactory. The bus was delayed and there was no information from the operator regarding this delay. Which is unacceptable for a service that prides itself on reliability. When I tried to contact the provided customer service number, the representative I spoke with was exceedingly rude and unhelpful. This is not the first time I have encountered delays on this route. I have taken has been consistently late, which suggests a systemic issue that needs attention. I hope will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving to ensure a better experience for all passengers in the future.
