Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

Not bad, but the experience in humid and rainy weather was terrible. The movie speaker sounded horrible, giving me a headache. When you complain that the AC isn't working, they claim it's at maximum power. I reported this to the conductor, ticket checker, and through helpline emails, but received the same response everywhere. I wasn't alone; everyone was complaining. There was also leakage in the bus during heavy rain. I believe the buses are getting old and urgently need maintenance. If they can't ensure proper AC function, how can we be sure the buses are safe for travel? I am reducing stars as today I faced the same even worst experience.

Very comfortable bus I prefer Chartered First it's new and very comfortable bus. Bus give only 10 min rest stop between indore bhopal route and reach at lalghati on time without delay from here there is shuttle service which drop you Bhopal Jn or ISBT for your further journey

It's always a great experience with chartered buses. I always prefer to use chartered busses. It's is almost on the time. Drop and pickup location are clear and intermidiate stoppages are mentioned. Bus real time tracking is there. Awesome experience and always recommended.

Bus service is very nice. Every half an hour buses are available. Bus will depart on time. However actual time mentioned to reach the destination was not meeting. Buses will be late to reach the destination.

This was my worst bus journey of my life experience with chartered. They have scrap material busses at the price of new volvo. I travelled from Bhopal to Indore in there Volvo MP04PA4527 On 26 June. Still I am regretting I should have gone with a local bus with window. The Ac is a fan with hot air I was feeling like a boiled dish. We met three chartered busses which broke down in middle of the way and there passengers were forced to get in our bus. Seats are dirty no maintainance of bus. I took 5 hours to complete a 180km journey with this piece of crap. Never going to buy any chartered bus ticket in my life.

झाबुआ के लिए जाने वाली बस हमेसा लेट रहती हैं और सुबह 7:30के बाद सिंधे 10:35 तक कोई बस नहीं हमे 8 बजे से 11 तक हमेसा जागना पड़ता है।

The pickup vehicle staircase is broken, the conductor is least bothered whether elderly people fall or get hurt.

It's a nice place to board a bus at any time

Very poor service. The company shows no accountability in case of bus failures. Our journey was abruptly disrupted due to a mechanical issue, and instead of arranging alternatives or providing support, they simply left the passengers stranded. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
