Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

They offer the best and fast services to travel between various cities and states. Moreover the buses are of premium quality and they are quite punctual.They offer a fast parcel delivery services too.

This AICTSL is a great place to travel from Indore. This place has many facilities like clean and huge waiting room. The response from the AICTSL staff was also great. This place also had food stalls which were a need of the part and this place has a clean and big washroom available so no worries. We had a great experience and the facilities provided were also proper. Thank you.

Very bad service or i can say worst. The bus got out of service mid journey and the alternative bus we have been provided with was also not working properly. One of my co passenger missed his train in bhopal due to AiCTSL bad service.

बस में tv मनोरंजन के लिए है।केवल मूक फ़िल्म देखने के लिए नही। कृपया 3 घंटो का सफर अच्छी फिल्म के साथ हो और कंडक्टर साहब tv का वॉल्यूम भी चालू कर देवे।ताकि सफर यादगार बन जावे।

"कभी एक समय था जब चार्टर्ड बस सर्विस बेहतरीन मानी जाती थी, लेकिन अब हालात इतने खराब हो चुके हैं कि ऐसा लगता है जैसे यात्री नहीं, बल्कि जानवर सफर कर रहे हैं। बसों की हालत मालगाड़ी जैसी हो गई है—कहीं भी, कभी भी खराब हो जाती हैं। अगर आपको कहीं जाना हो, तो पैदल चले जाना, लेकिन इनकी सर्विस लेने की गलती मत करना। चार्टर्ड बस के मालिक को भगवान खूब सारा पैसा दे, क्योंकि अब उनका बस एक ही मकसद रह गया है—मुनाफा कमाना। कभी शायद किसी अच्छे विजन के साथ इस सर्विस की शुरुआत हुई होगी, लेकिन अब न सेवा बची है और न ही कोई विजन। जिस तरह ये लोग यात्रियों की सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं, वैसे ही भगवान भी इनका हिसाब करे। हर हर महादेव!"

Chartered bus are very good and luxury also. The fare is not so high and my travel experience from Indore to Bhopal was very good.

In the beginning, Chartered had excellent service and quality. Now they have degraded their services in all sense. The bus timings are not guaranteed i.e. departure time and you may miss your connection at Bhopal if you are planning travel onwards. Bus quality is also very bad, the recliners are not working, buses making loud noise and so many

Travelling by chartered bus has became worst now. Their buses have some or the other issue in between the travel . I boarded from aictsl indore . Their bus got damaged in indore itself. After one and half hour another bus came. Which left us in between. No passenger was aware that bus will leave them in between and for next bus we will have to wait for another 2 hours. At chartered office also staff was not cooperative, they were just arguing. They do not get their buses serviced. Neither they get it checked before any journey. It's too overpriced for the worst quality they are giving.
