Their new bus charterd first was very good

Everything is good but now a days bus is not on time

Very bad bus to udaipur not worth yo go in this bus. Bus are in so bad condition and smell very bad inside.and also water leakage in the bus. Don't go with this bus im experensing very bad vibe with this.

Always delayed and very rude responses from the staff. I have been waiting at Scheme No. 134, my departure was scheduled for 7:25 AM, but it’s now 7:53 AM and no one is responding properly. The available staff are extremely rude.

Everyrhings is good but passengers atleast expect a water bottle ...forget snacks ...water should be given to all..

Most of the buses INDORE HOSHANGABAD or INDORE HARDA route pe under servicing h.unhygienic seats, no cleaning before boarding the passengers, even seats r not in good condition to seat properly..

Had a good experience traveling by chartered bus from Indore to Bhopal. The bus was comfortable, clean, and the service was well organized. Recommended.

Chartered buses are old and hight pricing compare to new neugo buses. But are frequent have available seats and convenient for me personaly.

We got late for few seconds to get in the bus because of bisleri water bottle the bus drivers snouted and spoke very rudely are we paying for such insulting.
