बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस होती जा रही है charted bus की , न तो पानी की बॉटल न ही स्टाफ ठीक से बात करता है, न ही बस में किसी प्रकार की कोई वस्तु सही है, चाहे वो सीटों की सफाई हो या ac वेंट हो या फिर charging point हो सभी चीजें घटिया है, इससे अच्छी व्यवस्था ट्रक में होती है।

I was highly disappointed with my recent experience with Chartered Sutra Seva on the Indore–Biaora–Indore route. The bus was extremely uncomfortable, with a damaged body that felt more like a local village bus than a city service. To make things worse, during my return journey, it started raining heavily, and water began leaking from one side of the bus. Passengers were clearly disturbed, and some even had to stand throughout the journey due to poor arrangements. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and take appropriate steps to improve the condition and service of the buses. Passengers deserve a safe and comfortable travel experience.

Very poor service. The bus is very compact in size. The seat of the bus is of very bad quality. Never ever book this kind of bus. No value for money.

Very vwry poor service, bus was late by 45minutes at AICTSL Indore to start there was no cleare information given by the responsinle person, later due to malfunction in bus our bus was changes that too after a long long wait. Due to this many of us have missed our train and hotel checkins. When we asked Chatered people what is going on they mis behaved and said - इतनी भी क्य जल्दी है, पाउचना ही है तो पाउच जाएंगा. This is same this is happening with me for 6th time in last 1year in chatered on same route bhopal to indore. Moreover this is no cooling preseng in the AC, it's too hot and Suffocuting to travel in the close bus. When I asked about AC people at bus did not even bourher to reply. It's better to take some other convance rather than chatered bus. It's simply waste of money.

I had a terrible experience on the Chartered Bus from Bhopal to Indore. The first bus broke down after reaching Sehore (just 40 km). We were shifted to another bus with only a few vacant seats, and that one also broke down in the middle of the journey. We were left waiting in a remote area for over 2.5 hours in the dark. There were women and children on board, and everyone was scared. No one from customer care picked up our calls. They didn’t offer any proper help — just shifted people to other buses when seats were available. There's absolutely no concern for our safety. This was my last time using Chartered Bus. I will never travel with them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This bus service has redefined disappointment and irresponsibility. Booking a "first-class" ticket promised luxury, comfort, and reliability. Instead, I was subjected to a nightmare ride in a bus that belonged in a junkyard, not on the road. The company’s blatant disregard for customers is appalling. Despite paying a premium for a first-class seat, they assigned a bus that was clearly decades old, worn out, and barely functional. The seats were broken, the upholstery was torn, the AC sputtered hot air, and the windows were so grimy, it felt like traveling in a dungeon. The entire vehicle rattled alarmingly, making the journey not just uncomfortable but downright unsafe. What’s worse is the company’s irresponsibility in failing to communicate or rectify the issue. When I complained, their customer service responded with robotic indifference, blaming "operational adjustments" without apology or compensation. They clearly prioritize profit over passenger safety and satisfaction, misleading customers with false promises of quality. If you value your time, money, or well-being, avoid this service at all costs. Their so-called "first-class" is a fraudulent label slapped on decrepit buses, and their lack of accountability is staggering. Save yourself the frustration—book elsewhere, even if it’s cheaper. This company deserves neither trust nor patronage. **Final verdict:** Unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly irresponsible. Never again.

Chartered Bus ki parcel service bahut bekar hai two wheeler four wheeler bahut piche lagana padati hai itni dur Se parcel Lana aur lekar Jana aur booking ke liye kafi lambi line mein lagna padta hai or charges bhi jyada hai

The charted buses from bhopal are old please service them well,ac was not working properly and passengers were sweating through out the journey..i said the guy who was in the bus ,he didnt turn the temprature down ,else he ignored my concern..this is not what we expect from an ac bus...otherwise local non ac buses are also there...if There is no ac in an ac bus then why are we paying for ac???? Charted bus staff should give a look at this and do the needful

Very good service, need to properly maintain their older buses. The newer 9600 series which they use in their 'Chartered First' service is excellent.
