My wife and I arrived at the pickup point at approximately 7:27 PM, prior to the scheduled departure time. We duly checked in and placed our luggage in the bus storage compartment. Before boarding, we politely requested the ticket checker to allow us a brief restroom break, which was acknowledged. One of the bus staff also directed my wife to the washroom facility nearby. Upon returning within 3–4 minutes, to our utter shock, we found that the bus had departed without any notice or attempt to confirm the presence of all passengers. We ran after the bus and were forced to chase it, during which a passerby on a scooter kindly helped us reach the bus ahead of a traffic signal. When we boarded the bus, the driver informed us that no one had conveyed to him about our temporary absence, despite us informing two staff members at the stop.

Very rude staff and arrogant AC doesn't work properly most of the time Due to inner ciry route consideration bus take 5-6 hrs time to just cover 180 km form indore to bhopal.

It's good all things are upto date and punctuality about time is CAMEMDABLE.. "Value for money

Disappointed with the service today again. Waited for almost an hour for the bus from Indore to Nimach. Punctuality matters. It is always the same from Chartered. Chartered things😂🤣 …

Non ac bus must need hygiene, cleaning and maintenance, every time I traveled small routes where only non ac bus available in charted bus, zero maintenance find every time, windows glass not close properly , sheet not bending and if sheets bending Front footer condition dead, All charted non A/c busses must need maintenance .also one common issue Non a/c and ac busses not on time And reaching delays on destination& Also Rash driving by driver .

Worst experience. A 3-hour journey can easily turn into 5 hours if the bus isn't well-maintained. In our case, a puncture occurred, but even after 2 hours of waiting by the roadside, they didn’t arrange an alternative bus or offer any help. They simply don’t care about passenger inconvenience.

yesterday i traveling in chartered bus pune to indore date journey 18 august valova bus No mp13 P 4581 bus condition so worst and air cooling not properly work .so much engine noise in the bus and also not proper clean sleeper bed sheet in the bus .

Have used these buses on many occasions. Good quality, nice staff, provide blanket n pillow. Volvo Buses fleet.
