Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

I Booked Ticket on Paytm from Indore to Bhopal and I chose window seat but before departure they asked me to sit on a different seat without sending any information. Also one of the Ac at My Seat was not even working. It was supposed to depart at 5:20 and it arrived at 5:40 Very Unsatisfactory and unorganised service. It would have better with Verma Travels NueGo Bus

For the first time I travelled in Chartered bus and it was an amazing journey to Bhopal and back to Indore.

Chartered is no more premium travel service provider, faulty & zero maintenance bus they have.

Very bad experience.... The journey of this bus is not complete without any fail. Bus condition is very poor

I will contact chartered office but no anyone not responding I wait 5 minutes but no listen carefully

ekdum bakwas condition thi bus ki sari seat tedi medi thi aisa lgra tha pata nhi kb koi accident ho jaye is bus mai hamara or seats to jhoole ki trh jot jor se hil ri thi very worst condition of bus inside

Sabse bekar bus h apke yaha agr maintain nhi kar sakte to apko ye bus ka kam nhi karna chahiye...

Quite good place, but there's too much confusion here to find the right bus. Chartered must change their app and add bus number in their app, to find out the bus. Cleanliness is 5 star also there a shop if you require some snacks and drinks. Pretty good vibes. And that's what we should expect form a bus station.

Lack of service.... they don't do maintainence of their buses... in AC bus from ratlam to indore we suffered just because there AC was not working on the half of the way to indore.

One of the best bus operator from Indore. Good bus service. Good waiting seating arrangements, washrooms facilities. Need to improve few bus facilities of AC and video. Good and cooperative staff.
