Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

I boarded the bus along with my family Going to indore to bhopal , not a good experience ac of the bus was not working properly plus video of the bus was not working

Cheating public and customers. I booked Chartered FIRST as their regular buses are in poor condition but They changed the bus and gave their regular rattletrap and without pre-informing or giving time and option to change. I m Going to file a consumer case against Chartered bus and claim damages.

10:30 am indore to bhopal AC sleeper is not Volvo is बैल गाड़ी . Inside condition is very poor.

Worst experience everytime. Always there was problem in bus engine and I have to an hours. Many peoples have to wait and many problems.....My request to chartered bus agency is to check and clean regularly thier buses.🙏🙏 …

I am travelling by chartered Bus since its beginning. I am frequent traveller on Indore-Neemuch Route. Now its worst. At the start they have brand new buses, they keep neat and clean that time, every journey were start after cleaning, time punctual, minimum stopage, that time they provides chilled water bottle and refreshment. They superwise using Live camera from their control room. every bus had GPS. Later on they discontinued to giving refreshment, bottle was become non chilled/hot, AC become faulty, cleanness was disappeared, later on fare increased, water bottle discontinued, a lot of stopage, everywhere they stop now. One most important thing is that - they started to stop bus on non-hygienic local dhaba type hotel at Nagda where hotel owner misbehave with passangers, over charge on foodies. At the start they have mid-journey stop at JOYO Jaora. not basic ammenities available there. May be those dhaba/hotel owner paying some bribe to driver or AICTSL directly. We are paying Rs. 665 for 280Km. and you make us available those worst dhaba for refreshment? Journey time is increased upto 20%. Now its totally goods carrier transport. Even has no responsible for passangers. RIDE IT ON YOUR RISK

There is system in place for commuters to come in row for booking ticket but no officers insisting this. House keeping is very good . Canteen facility is there for snacks.

Please do not sit in these buses, they are often get stopped in middle and transferred there passenger to another buses which got you delays and changing seats to backward. We got delayed by over two hours and few of the passenger missed there train. They chargeing very high rate but services are very poor. Seats are not comfortable. No wate has been provided. Volvo 9600 busses are good.

Chartered bus taking 435 rs charge indore to bhopal. But the condition of buses are horrible. It is bad in condition like AC Is not working, seat are very dirty. They also want cash all the time you you haven't sufficient cash they haven't give you ticket if you ask card payment or any other online payment they denied and not help you also. Please go for taxi it is best option and easily available.

17/10/25 indore se bhopal 1pm se nikala muje 6 pm ki train lani thi but sonkach me hi bus kahrab ho gai 2 hours tak bus walo ne kuch nahi kiya me private taxi se bhopal aaya per meri train nikal chuki thi bus ka refund dena chahiye mera to tripal paisa laga is bus ke karan very bad experience Aur customer care bhi phone nahi pick karte

Spacious place with proper sitting arrangements but the staff behaviour depends on their mood they don't talk properly. Rest, bus are now getting older and staff don't clean and maintain those busses
