में नियमित यात्री हु हम अगर ऑनलाइन बुक करते है तो बस कंडक्टर को sms आना चाहिए कि पिक अप प्वाइंट से कोई बुकिंग आई है अगर बुकिंग पिक अप प्वाइंट से अगर एक मिनिट पहले भी आई हो तो भी sms मिलना चाहिए हुआ ऐसे की मेरी यात्रा बुकिंग इंडोर से रतलाम दिनांक 14/8/2025 को सुबह 6.25 से चंदन नगर से रतलाम के लिए थी जो कि 6.12 am को बुक की गई थी में वहां खड़ा था लेकिन बस वाले से गाड़ी रोकी ही नहीं ओर वह पानी भी गिर रहा था रूल ये है कि बस रुकेगी और अगर यात्री नहीं है तो उसे कॉल किया जाएगा ना ही बस रुकी और ना ही कोई किसी भी प्रकार का कॉल किया गया फिर मैने हेल्प लाइन4 नंबर पर कॉल किया तो उसने भी ना ही सही तरह से बात की और ना ही मेरी बात सुनी हेल्प लाइन वाला बिना4 तथ्य को जाने सीधे आरोप लगता है कि आप वहां होंगे ही नही अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता मैने कहा कि आप बस की ऑनलाइन लोकेशन सर्च करो कि बस चंदन नगर रुकी की नहीं फ़िर उसने कॉल उठाना बंद कर दिया यह बेस सेवा बिल्कुल लच र हो चुकी है अगर आप ऑनलाइन सेवा दे रहे हैं ओर उसने आखरी समय भी बुकिंग की जाय तो यात्री को कॉल किया जाए या कंडक्टर को पिक अप प्वाइंट के आखरी समय वाली बुकिंग का मय टिकिट मेसेज मिलना चाहिए कि आखरी मूवमेंट पर कोई बुकिंग आई है यह यात्रा है जिसमें नियमित यात्री या तो समय पर आयेगा या आखरी समय पर आयेगा जब आप सेवा दे रहे हों तो आपको फीड बैक भी सुनना चाहिए ओर कंट्रोल रूम या शिकायत सेंटर पर ठीक के कर्मचारी बैठना चाहिए जो कम से कम बात को सही तरीके से सुने ओर सुविधाओं में सुधार करे

Worst experience in New campus of chartered In nights nothing is whether protecting areas all is open travelers face bad whether impact not a good arrangement since 6 years I'm traveling with chartered old campus is ok.

This is the 4th time travelling from chartered bus It's service and quality getting worst day by day... They starts so late from indore without any particular reason. There staff following no rules ... They stop any where to pick customers... They take money from them without tickets... See pics how they overload the bus. Pathetic service There charges are high as in starting they provide best service but now there services just ordinary Dabba service

I was traveled from Satna to Indore sleeper Bus. Window side glass was crack at the all side of upper sleeper seat. When I called for complaint then staff was saying that you should check before you seat and cut the call. After that they didn't picked any call. In the night around 2 o'clock bus gear box was stucked and after some time arround 4:30 am bus had run out diesel and stoped. Other bus came at 6:30 am but not sleeper class and AC of those bus not working. Bus condition and staff behaviour on call was not good. So.. my experience was not good with the chartered bus.

I recently traveled from Bhopal to Indore via AICTSL chartered bus, and it was a fantastic experience! The Volvo bus was incredibly comfortable, with spacious, adjustable seats that made the journey very relaxing. I especially appreciated the personal air conditioning control. The phone charger slots were a huge plus, making it easy to keep my devices powered throughout the trip. Overall, a smooth and comfortable journey with excellent amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable travel option between Bhopal and Indore !!

Third class app, third class bus service..pick up not available... chartered bus now local gadi...Verma travels are far better.

Bus was good But these people come here at a great cost and then their service bus reaches here which takes a lot of time.

I Traveled Bus number MP09FA9093. Bus condition is very bad.No Higine , seats are handel less,Ac not working, No impact feel of multixl, Bus is very old more yhen 12 yr.Not as per charted level. Feeling like traveling in roadways bus. I paid 700 for 2 seats.

Longtime, dependable intercity bus service. It has a good network of routes and a (recently) updated fleet of new buses.

Bad experience faced, bad customer support and no manner how to talk to a customer. Customer's waiting 40 50 minutes at the pickup point for a van but it not have been reached. Poor service faced it was first time experience I will never suggest or choose chartered again!
