Great experience, AC facility is provided which are adjustable according to your convenience. It has good quality curtains to avoid unnecessary sunlight coming. It has individual speakers on each seat, so that the sound of the movie playing can be clear and loud. Ps: just wanna request, if it's possible to adjust sound above your seat, so that whoever wants not to listen can off the speaker or adjust the sound. Other than this chartered is best to travel and affordable.

Indore==>Pune Bus got damaged because of careless driving.At 3 AM they told it is not going to get repair also do not have backup bus. Horrible experience & when we called helpline they keep on saying "Han Han refund hojayga" "abhi kuch nhi kr skte" "ap dekh lo."Morning after waiting for appx 5 hours.I stop one auto driver. He dropped me at malegaon bus depot from there I took Maharashtra state transport bus & I reached pune at 4.30 PM. CARELESS BEHAVIOUR FROM Chartered Still waiting for refund.

Please start new buses on Ujjain Bhopal route. All buses are old and they always face some problem on the route.. Please so something to keep the trust intact....

I have been using the services of chartered bus since last 7 years, but this has been the consequently fourth time where the AC outer is damaged and not even a single charging port or point is working, when I raised the issue the helper told me this is how it is, also he suggested me to shift my seat to some other ... The bus vibrates in such a disgusting way that be no body can claim it as a Volvo bus... People pay extra money to make their journey easy and comfortable but here in chartered it is even worse than a local bus. If you take that money it is a request to maintain your services otherwise just stop it. Stop making fool out of people. Bus no. MP04PA6381

The bus to chanderi is an old and very poorly maintained bus. Charging points arent functional and suspension is bad Ac was emitting dust They need to either service or upgrade to the bus shown in image

Day by day bus conditions got worse. On the route ratlam, mandsaur, neemuch.today I am traveling from ratlam to Indore and bus Stop at midway approx 1.5 hr..it take but not able to..they don't take care busses proper... experience got worse.. Looking for another option..
