Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

They stuff people like cattle , dont treat us like human beings. There is no space in the pickup van to sit. ..where to keep the luggage.. ???????? I have paid full rent of the travel why i dont get space to sit in the pick up van which constitutes one fifth of my travel.....why i am not getting space for my luggage???? The staircase is broken any elder person can fall,who will take the responsibility?????

It took us 9 hours to travel from Indore to Bhopal. The bus was in terrible condition, with frequent stoppages. Midway, it broke down in the middle of the road. The AC wasn’t working, and the overall hygiene was extremely poor. Regretted travelling from chartered.

Worst available bus service now.. for indore bhopal. They rescheduled bus without any prior intimation.. very irresponsible employees sitting on counters. No one has proper information to provide to passengers. Very bad experience.. 👎 Even hamse pahle wali bus raste me kharab ho gai .. passengers 4 ghante se pareshan ho rahe hai.. kai students ki exam hai.. they are getting late.. zero rating to chartered Bus AiCTSL... so poor service

In Aictsl mostly buses go for bhopal these buses are always on time their is good maintenance of hygiene as well.others may get some delay sone times not always.

Good bus services in centre of the city that has Volvo and normal buses connecting almost every big cities to Indore. plus they have seating area and snacks zones nearby. Overall good but only issues is that the need to slowly start upgrading their buses and few are very old and makes alot of noise, not comfortable as new buses.

Worst customer support ever, I had a bus at 9 pm I recieved a call at 8 to catch a bus for 8:30 I told him where I reside and he assured me I will reach on time so I left immediately and reached the AICTSL at 8:40 I informed him at 8:35 that I am just crossing the road and reached inside by 8:40 and he said bus left. When I asked him for help he flat out in rude tone said he can't do anything. It was like we don't care. Hello literally just had to hold bus for 5 minutes when I complied and reached there in 30 minutes.

चार्टर्ड इंदौर (पिपल्याना स्टॉपेज) और ऑटो वालो की मिली भगत: मैं हर हफ्ते भोपाल से इंदौर सुबह 5:30 वाली बस से आता हूँ और रैडिसन ब्लू स्क्वायर के लिए पिपल्याना उतारा जाता है और कहा जाता है कि यहां से पिकअप रैडिसन ब्लू पर ड्राप करेगा। अब यहां इनकी चालाकी या बदमाशी देखिये कि इनका पिकअप 15-20 मिनट तक आता ही नहीं है जिसकी वजह से 3.30 घंटे का सफर कर के आने वाला यात्री मजबूरी में ऑटो लेता है और चार्टर्ड को गालियां देते हुए अपने अपने गंतव्य को रवाना हो जाता है। ये सेटिंग ऑटो वाले कि और पिकअप ड्राइवर की रहती है वरना सोचिये अगर वहां पिकअप का आना तय हो तो बीसियों ऑटो वाले वहाँ जमावड़ा क्यों लगाए। सुधार कर लो चार्टर्ड वालों, क्यों यात्रियों की मजबूरी का फायदा उठाते हो।

Suffocation is a big problem. Water was leaking from the AC, the Nugo bus is better than this.

The bus service was quite good, but they should consider adding a pickup point in Rajendra Nagar to attract more passengers.
