You Wrote The chartered bus service at one time was most preffered. How ever it really is sad to see the pathetic state to which situation has come to. Nothing seems to be right with their service. To beat it all behavior of staff also has stooped to a very discomforting level. Guys you can consider this service as a last choice.

It is ac bus from Indore (Madhya Pradesh State ) to various places as described in attachments. It is regular and punctual in service and booking is available online by app and by ticket counter at Chartered Bus stand. Seats are comfortable and spacious, neat and clean with water bottle and snacks during journey. Mobile phone charging port is available. Watch Movie/ songs in t.v., emergency exit in every window, security camera, and light over head per window seat.

I went from Indore to Bhopal and at evening return back , both time the bus broke down on the way, so I had to go by boarding a bus of another travel agency. The condition of the buses has become so bad that it feels like I am sitting in a local bus, zero maintenance has been done in the bus.

There is 3 to 4 counters for fast customer service. Even they also take small and big parcels for delivery. Traveling with Chartered buses is getting worse day by day. The buses of the Bhopal route are fine but the buses of other routes are not getting maintained. Today I'm traveling in an AC bus of which the A.C. is not working. And they are stuffing the passengers like sheep and goats it's suffocating but nobody from the bus staff and management cares. Very Unsafe and Bad Service I had a terrible experience on a bus from Dhar to Indore. The engine caught fire, and smoke filled the bus. It was very dangerous! Instead of helping us, the driver and conductor left us at an unknown place without any support, just because there were fewer passengers. This is not acceptable! Passenger safety should come first. I do not recommend this bus service. Strict action should be taken against such careless behavior.

JOURNEY: INDORE TO GUNA (M.P.),The most disgusting experience I ever have with any premium bus service in India. These buses comes with 100 bags full of dust and guthkha pan masala spitting at every corner and seats of the vehicle. Indian local trains are much better than chartered buses now. This is after 3 years I again chose chartered bus as an option to travel and highly disappointed. I can't even think of sitting at such a place for 6-7 hours after paying a premium on the ticket. A very unprofessional staff and driver who doesn't understand the hospitality at all. Surely wont be opting chartered bus in nearby future. This company is cheating on the promises.
