Chartered Bus – Indore Bus & Parcel Booking Office (AICTSL)

First by chartered.. Nice bus, good comfort and well maintained. I have a very bad experience of Chartered Buses but this is somewhat better than rest of the fleets.

Very bad experience due to traffic, we have to reach to bhopal within 3 hrs as per service providers promise but we reached about 5-6 hrs .I missed my train because of these people and their fare also seemed more expensive than other service providers. Yes, some things were fine, the set was comfortable but they did not provide any service from their side nor did they provide any other facility.During the journey they did stop at a restaurant but it was not complimentary, it was self service and we had to feed ourselves too, so what is the point of a ₹1500 ticket for 300 kms, if someone is charging ₹1500 then it is very important So skip is another method that a person could use Like we were three people and we could have gone by Ola or Uber and could have reached on time but we trusted them and they broke our trust. Now I will not trust them anymore and will use some other medium for my travel

Journey Date: 27th Jun'26 Average services with below average buses. I took the journey to Jaipur from Indore. It went through the old route avoiding the DMIC. Along the way they picked up people that delayed The arrival by an hour at the least. Cleanliness is not there in the buses and charging points won't work at most of the ports. I suggest not to travel with family and kids. This is highly unhygienic. Chartered Buses are not the same anymore.

My companions and I are travelling from Jaipur to Indore. We left at 8:15 p.m. on August 26, 2024, expecting to arrive at 8:30 a.m. the next day, but we never did. We arrived in Indore at 8:15 p.m. on August 27, 2024, following a 24-hour voyage. Since your bus broke down. We overheard your driver discussing with his supervisor that the bus was having serious issues prior to the start of the trip.Even so, they take the same bus. As a result, we have to wait on the bus from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. for 6 hours. Your driver and assistant were unhelpful and did not respond appropriately to questions. The charging ports at my seat were not functional, thus I couldn't charge my devices during the ride. I spotted a lot of filth and a discarded bottle of alcohol on the bus, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. Given these concerns, I would like to request a comprehensive evaluation of the service as well as reasonable reimbursement for any inconveniences suffered. Also, my friends and I were unable to visit my office today, resulting in a one-day income loss. I look forward to your swift answer and resolution.

I like to travel.. but when I come with chartered then I love to explore the world... Service is good.. staff is supportive and always buses are on Time .. very neat and clean

Took a bus from indore to ahmedabad. 10pm bus. It was a horrible experience. Very unhygienic, dirty and old bus. The bus was at the first stop for 2.5 hrs as AC had some issues. Not worth the money u pay. The starline bus was farway better.

I have traveled multiple times from Indore to Khargone with Chartard Bus, and punctuality has been a consistent issue. The buses are often late. For example, the scheduled departure was 4:55 PM recently, but the bus arrived from Khargone late and departed nearly 20–30 minutes behind schedule. Unfortunately, this is not the first time—on a previous trip, the delay was almost 2 hours, which was very inconvenient. Because of these repeated delays, I feel less confident about the timing and overall maintenance of the buses. Recently, the bus has been changed, so I am hopeful to see some improvement in performance in the upcoming journeys.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chartered Bus Services. The biggest issue was the behavior of the staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and didn't know how to speak to passengers respectfully. Good customer service is just as important as the journey itself, and this company needs to train its staff to communicate politely. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.

This was a pathetic experience with your bus service. On 16-05-2026, my mother had a sleeper ticket from Satna to Indore, but due to your poor maintenance and bus breakdown, she was forced to travel in a sitting seat. Your conductor clearly promised a refund for the downgrade, but no refund has been processed yet. This is nothing but false commitment and irresponsible behavior. If you cannot maintain your buses, at least don’t cheat customers by charging for services you fail to provide. Highly unprofessional. Strict action and immediate refund expected.

One point in Indore under AICTSL umbrella serving professional bus services to various places of Madhya Pradesh with quality service. Also facilitate parcel to and fro to various places. Narmada drinking water facility and neat and tidy washroom with the campus. For light refreshments canteen services are also there. Volvo buses are exclusively used by Chartered. Excel in transport business in cleanest city of India that is Indore. Pleasing, helping and cooperative staff.
