They do not understand the value of time, they take 10 working days for delivery which is very high, there is no contact support. For every problem, advice is given to generate token but even that does not help. If any company deals with them for its business delivery service, then its goodwill also gets spoiled due to their service.

Worst service I have ever seen from past 5 days they are not delivering my parcel, they will message out for delivery but never delivered, and update the wrong status saying otp dint matched, code issue.

Will never recommend this "Delhivery" service. Package was meant to be delivered on 8th June which never happend as they kept updating false information and after talking to customer support they delivered the package which has food items. Clearly they got rotten. As they woke up from sleep on 14th June n remembered that they had a parcel of mine which needs to be delivered. Delivery happend after alot of arguments AND CLEARLY THE DELIVERY EXECUTIVES DONT EVEN HAVE BASIC MANNERS TO TALK. What a shame!!!!!

This is the worst courier service in the world. They haven't responded even once and keep canceling the pickup on their own without even calling me. I need to return my parcel urgently because the company has a two-day return policy, but this terrible courier service hasn’t picked it up. This is the fifth day I’ve been trying to contact them, but those idiots still haven’t responded.
