Total fraud the number given never answers the call and when he picks up the call he starts giving excuses that he is not the delhivery executive person or its a wrong number the location is false to theere is no such location exists they will try to fake the delhivery by calling you that the y are coming but then they switch of theere phones its completely fraud racket

Bakwas courier company eskaa koi details kani milenga ye bahot courier company iss par kabhi bhi courier mat kariye khas karke ratlam mai kabhi mat bhejna

NO ONE RECEVIED THE CALL AND THE DELEVRY PERSON DONT CALL OR ATTEMT THE DELEVRY JUST PUT A REMARK THAT NO RESPONSE BY THE CLIENT AND RETURN THE PRODUCT VERY BAD SERVICE .

The staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They were rude and dismissive with customers, using disrespectful language. This poor customer service, along with the lack of experience, seems to indicate that either their training is severely lacking or they are not fit for this role.
