Delhi में aluminium material खरीदने से पहले यह तय करें कि आपको raw material चाहिए, ready profile चाहिए या fabrication सहित काम करवाना है। तीनों का quotation अलग हो सकता है। केवल running-foot rate पूछने से final order का पूरा खर्च नहीं समझ आता।

Section और size की जानकारी साफ दें

Profile का code या section drawing उपलब्ध हो तो भेजें। Required dimensions और unit साफ लिखें। पुराना frame देखकर नया material चाहिए तो fabricator से सही section identify करवाएँ। केवल “same aluminium चाहिए” कहने पर अलग series या size का quote आ सकता है।

Material और finish को अलग समझें

Rate की unit कौन-सी है?

Quotation weight, length, piece या bundle के हिसाब से हो सकता है। एक rate को दूसरे में बदलने से पहले dimensions, actual weight basis और supplied length समझें। अलग unit वाले दो quotations को केवल headline number से compare न करें।

एक illustrative order में आपको 24 cut pieces चाहिए, लेकिन material standard lengths में बिकता है। Cutting charge, usable quantity और बचा material किसका रहेगा, यह पूछना जरूरी है। Wastage का अनुमान fabricator की actual cutting plan से मिलाएँ।

Cutting और fabrication का scope

Supplier केवल material देगा या cut-to-size service भी है, पहले confirm करें। Required tolerance और edge requirements technical person से लिखवाएँ। Drilling, machining और protective packing quotation में शामिल हैं या अलग, यह स्पष्ट हो।

Measurement बदल जाए तो revised drawing और quotation का version लिखें। WhatsApp पर भेजे कई sketches में कौन-सा final है, इसे स्पष्ट किए बिना production शुरू होने देना गलत supply का कारण बन सकता है।

Delivery पर क्या मिलाएँ?

Invoice, quantity और approved material description जाँचें। Visible damage हो तो delivery record पर note करने का process पहले समझ लें। Finish वाले profiles के लिए packing और handling का तरीका भी पूछें।

Final bill में applicable taxes, loading, transport और unloading का दायरा देखें। Delhi के अपने delivery address और access restrictions supplier को पहले बता दें; ऐसी कोई restriction इस guide में अनुमान से नहीं बताई गई है।
